registration deadlines

Regular Registration Deadline: 72 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Late Registration Deadline: 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.

No registrations will be accepted after the Late Registration Deadline.

The maximum number of students per class is 29. Students who delay registering until the Regular Registration Deadline has passed may find the class filled or may miss the opportunity to participate in pre-class surveys.

Cancellation by PublicDecisions

To ensure a quality learning experience, we reserve the right to cancel any class for which fewer than 10 students have registered by the Regular Registration Deadline. We may also cancel a class at any time for other reasons, such as unavailabilty of the instructor.

If we cancel a class for any of these reasons, all registered students will receive a full refund. We also promise to give as much advance notice as possible.

Cancellation by Student

If a student cancels his or her registration for any reason, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

• More than 7 calendar days before class start time: full refund
• Less than 7 calendar days, but more than 72 hours before class start time: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before class start time: no refund
