Webinar Recording

1. Click on the link to open a new browser window directed to LiveMeeting.com. You'll be asked to enter your name on the first screen, and your email address and company name on a second screen. Then click View Recording.

2. Select a format and download option:

• Live Meeting HIgh Fidelity Presentation works best in Internet Explorer. In other browsers, the appearance may be degraded and some features may not function.
• To view the recording online in Live Meeting Replay format, you must use Explorer 6.0/SP1 or higher.
• Both download options will generate a compressed (.zip) file. Extract the contents after downloading (try double-clicking or right-clicking the zip file). In Replay format, the zip file will contain a single .wmv file. This will open in Explorer, Windows Media Player, or another program depending on your computer's default settings. In High-Fidelity Presentation format, the zip file will contain several files and folders. Double-click on Start.htm.

3. If you have trouble with the above steps and Internet Explorer is not your default browser, try again using Explorer 6.0/SP1 or higher. Open a new browser window in Explorer, then right-click on the link below. Copy and paste the link into the Explorer window.

4. For more help accessing the recording, call Live Meeting tech support at 1.877.473.3940 (U.S. and Canada) or +1.706.634.4591 (international) and say you are trying to access a meeting recording by PublicDecisions.

PDF Files

Click the link to open a new browser window containing the selected PDF file. The file may open automatically or you may be prompted to download it depending on your computer's settings.
