Initial Setup

1. Prior to the day of your class, go to the PublicDecisions WebEx site (publicdecisions.webex.com; no "www"). You'll see a screen like this. The top section, with our logo and the four blue tabs, operates just like our main website—in fact, clicking on the logo or tabs will take you there. From this page, you're going to install a small piece of software to enable your computer to interact with the training platform.
