What You'll See on Class Day

3. At least one day before the class, you'll receive an email (from messenger@webex.com) "inviting" you to the training session. Save this email, as it contains a hyperlink to join the session and the session password. (If you accidentally delete it, call us at +1.703.740.0198 or email us at inquiries@publicdecisions.com.)

4. When you click on the hyperlink, your computer will open a new browser window like the one below. In this example, the class title is "Training Session for Paul." The session will "start" when the instructor logs in. However, the session will "open"—allowing you to log in even if the instructor hasn't—10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you try to log in before that, the Join Session Now box on the right will look faded and won't allow any entries. You should click on the link as soon as you receive it, though, to see if there are any course materials to download before the class begins.
